"A critical, independent, and investigative press is the lifeblood of any democracy. The press must be free from state interference. It must have the economic strength to stand up to the blandishments of government officials." - Nelson Mandela

I am reaching out to media outlets for assistance in promoting these issues. I wish to attract the interest of existing politicians as well as political candidates. Pennsylvania is a critical state in the election, and healthcare is a critical issue. Independence Blue Cross is the biggest health insurance provider in Pennsylvania. Independence Blue Cross and the Blue Cross family of companies are the exact example of what’s wrong in healthcare today, and I call upon our elected officials to change the laws. I shamelessly admit, I pit the parties against each other for the benefit of the citizens. After all, that’s what we’re supposed to do.

Philadelphia has great local news coverage. We have some of the best investigative reporting in the country. Here’s what the Philadelphia specific media could do for me:

Do an investigative report: Am I wrong? Am I not understanding something? Prove me wrong. I am willing to provide any information, sign any releases, et cetera necessary. Reach out to IBX for comment.

Negotiate a cease-fire: Several of the Philadelphia news organizations, including Fox29, 6ABC, and NBC10 all have promoted a relationship with Independence Blue Cross. And they all accept considerable advertising money from Independence Blue Cross. Can somebody sit down with somebody and let's get this figured out? I have a desperate need for medical care. Fox 29 has the great Jeff Cole, an investigative reporter, known for asking hard questions and demanding answers. We also have Bob Kelly at Fox 29. He is routinely assigned to promoting blue cross entities such as the Blue Cross River rink. These entities could use their influence to determine a way I could safely access healthcare.

Here are settlement terms I'm willing to agree to:

- According to ADP, at least 10% of my income goes to Independence Blue Cross. I am willing to go as high as 25 percent, as it appears that my plan is not underwritten properly.

- I would agree to limiting office visits to one per year of the following:

- General Practitioner
- Cardiology
- Endocronolgy
- Optomology
- Podiatry
- Psychiatry

- No Rx. I will pay for all medications myself out of pocket.

I would only agree to these terms if Independence Blue Cross agrees to refrain from additional legal activity, as well as a committment to protect me should any incidents occur originating in their office.

Do a human interest story: Educate the community about a citizen struggling for access to healthcare.

Facilitate the debates: I’ve asked the executives of Independence. Blue Cross for friendly public debates on this matter. Needless to say, no takers.

Provide assistance These television stations have health divisions, do they have an on staff doctor? All I asked for is prescription for blood pressure medication, I will pay for it myself. It would cost a doctor nothing. These stations also have legal teams, a television station could help advise me as to how to safely use my health insurance.

Film the Frey syndrome: That alone will get many views for the station. I have advanced Frey’s syndrome, aka Auriculotemporal nerve syndrome, aka Gustatory sweating, aka Gustatory hyperhidrosis, aka Baillarger’s syndrome, aka Dupuy syndrome. I’ve never been officially diagnosed with it, but I guarantee that I have it, and I have it severely. It’s worse this month than it was last month, but not as bad as it is expected to be next month. If you think my claims are dramatic, invite me to your television station and I will show you something you have likely never seen before: I can sweat like I ran a marathon runner without moving, because of nerve damage between in my head and neck area. Another thing a powerful television station could do is find me research facilities that are interested in learning about this issue. I am willing to submit to any experimental treatments for fry syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, or my unknown neurological order disorder affecting my muscles.

Politically, I’ve been historically a Trump supporter. However, Kamelia Harris is in a good position to convert many votes in Chester County, Pennsylvania, in the West Chester area specifically, if she or someone associated with her could provide a method in which I could get my first office visit in five years before the election.
This would give Miss Harris an opportunity to demonstrate her commitment to a health care for all environment, and a willingness to stand up to aggressive corporations, with high paid executives who are attacking the citizens. And address healthcare at the same time.

I offer the same offer to the Republicans, which party can secure me a healthcare office visit before the election? The first one in at least five years. Although I’d like to see Trump win, I shamelessly admit I’ve will pit the parties against each other, in an effort to gain access to healthcare. Unless something changes, I will not live to see a Trump presidency. I want to live and would rather be alive while Harris is the president then dead while Trump is. Miss Harris or her team have the home-field advantage. As the sitting vice president, she wields power. Unfortunately, former President Trump can’t do anything until he is elected. The Harris campaign has several easy options in Pennsylvania:

One Call upon the relationship with Josh Shapiro. When Josh Shapiro was elected governor in Pennsylvania, he appointed the head of Independence Blue Cross to his transition counsel. Therefore, Josh Shapiro has a direct connection with Independence Blue Cross. One phone call between these parties could end my ongoing suffering, and I would have no choice but to admit the Democrats were the ones who finally got me access to healthcare. I have not had one office visit during the Biden administration, despite significant medical need.

Two Capitalize on her rejection of Josh Shapiro, and take action without him. As a Republican, I openly admit that I, and many of my colleagues were relieved that Shapiro was rejected by Harris, and we feel that it was something that will weaken her chances of taking the critical state of Pennsylvania. Here she has an opportunity to redeem herself and gain more Pennsylvania votes.

Go to the News page to see the parties I am contacting. I will post each request as I make it.
